Choral Recordings

Singing in choruses has been vital to my musical growth. Through my participation in choirs, I have improved my singing, my sight-reading, and most importantly, my attention to detail while singing texts, especially texts in foreign languages. Below, I have included recordings of my choral performances from state honors choirs and my time at the Interlochen Arts Academy in both the Academy and Chamber choirs.

This recording is of "Deus Noster Refugium" was composed by Kurt Knecht and is arranged for SSAA. I performed this with the WSMA Honors Treble Choir which was directed by Beth Holmes in 2008.

This recording is of "I Am Not Yours" by David Childs. The text is by Sara Teasdale.  I performed this with the WSMA Honors Treble Choir which was directed by Beth Holmes in 2008.

This is a recording of "Sleep" by Eric Whitacre.  The arrangement is SATB.  I performed this piece with the Interlochen Arts Academy Choir in 2009 for the academy "Collage" in October.

This is "I Will Be Earth" by Gwyneth Walker.  This is the Interlochen Arts Academy Choir singing an SATB arrangement in 2010.

This is a recording of "Feller from Fortune", arranged by Harry Somers. This performance is by the Interlochen Arts Academy Choir in 2010.

This is "Remember" by Stephen Chatman, sung by the Interlochen Arts Academy Chamber Choir in 2010.  This was my favorite song from that concert.
