Last Choir Concert of the Year!!!

Hello Everyone! Just letting you know about our third and final concert of the year, this coming Tuesday, May 7th at 7:00 pm in the FLW gymnasium.

Here is the reminder I sent home with most of the choirs early this week:

It’s that time of year. Join us for the FLW Spring Pops Concert on Tuesday, May 7th at 7:00 P.M. in the FLW Gymnasium! Concert attire is different due to dancing at the end:

6th Grade Choir: dark bottoms (dark blue jeans or black jeans), solid color t-shirt or long-sleeve shirt (royal blue, yellow, red or white), and tennis shoes. NO: sweatpants, writing, designs, or symbols on the shirts.

7th Grade Choir: dark bottoms (dark blue jeans or black jeans), solid color t-shirt, long-sleeve shirt, or polo (blue or white), and tennis shoes. NO: sweatpants, writing, designs, or symbols on the shirts.

8th Grade Choir: dark bottoms (dark blue jeans or black jeans), solid color t-shirt or long-sleeve shirt (royal blue, light blue, purple, or black), and tennis shoes. NO: sweatpants, writing, designs, or symbols on the shirts.

Call time for the Wildcat Voices is 6:20 P.M. in order to rehearse with our accompanist and the call time for all other choirs is 6:40 P.M. All students are expected to be in attendance for the whole concert as we have a couple of combined songs to conclude the show! See you there! :)

This is a Pops concert! Students are performing songs from music and we will all sing the classic Leonard Cohen "Hallelujah" together! Students are singing works from The Greatest Showman, Beauty and the Beast, Dear Evan Hansen, Aladdin, Ragtime, West Side Story, and Hairspray . The dress expectations are different for this concert because there will be a bit of choreography for "You Can't Stop the Beat" at the end of the concert :)
