7th Grade Repertoire - first few weeks #2

Hey y'all!

7th grade choir started a new song this week called "Blood Brothers" by Ingrid Michaelson. The main message of the song is that as people, at our core, we are all the same. The two 7th grade choirs and I had a discussion about what this means and how this applies to us. We came up with the following similarities that all people, no matter creed, appearance, identity, culture, and heritage have in common:

1) All people want to be loved

2) All people want to be respected

3) All people want to make a lasting impact on the world
